Founded on 15+ years of industry experience, Clayton Capital is a specialised finance brokering firm built around a simple belief: lending should work for you, not against you. After spending over a decade navigating the inner corridors of Westpac, HSBC and Commonwealth Bank in distinguished Private and Commercial Banking roles, Managing Director and Licensed Finance Broker, Michael Rengarajah, saw firsthand how complex the mortgage landscape had become and knew there was a better way.
Armed with dual Masters degrees in Professional Accounting and Science, a Licensed Finance Broker qualification and an extensive network of banking contacts across Australia, Michael founded Clayton Capital to level the playing field. Today, we're a high-performance team with access to over 50 lenders, dedicated to crafting tailored solutions that turn your property and financial goals into reality.

After 15 years navigating the corridors of private and commercial banking including Westpac, HSBC, Commonwealth Bank, Founder and Managing Director, Michael Rengarajah, saw what most clients couldn't, a system built for scale, not solutions. Nicholas Hertanto, Client Services Associate
Nicholas is currently pursuing a degree in Commerce at the University of Melbourne, where he is developing a strong foundation in business and finance. Outside of his studies, Nicholas is deeply passionate about martial arts, particularly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a discipline that reflects his dedication and resilience. He also enjoys staying active through volleyball, bringing the same team-oriented mindset to the court that he applies in his academic and personal pursuits.
